Hi, I’m Stan Sher—founder of Dealer eTraining and a coach with over 22+ years of experience in the automotive dealership industry. I help dealerships boost performance, streamline operations, and achieve real results by empowering their teams with proven strategies and hands-on training.
While working with dealerships, I also share tips, insights, and behind-the-scenes training sessions on social media. My goal is to make dealership success accessible to everyone—one post, one training, and one team at a time.

More about me
I started in retail, spending long hours on the showroom floor, mastering the art of sales and building real connections. But I always saw a bigger picture—how strong processes, smart leadership, and the right strategies could transform a business.
That vision led me to launch Dealer eTraining, where I help teams improve BDC performance, enhance customer experience, and drive sustainable growth. As the demand for expert support grew, I expanded with Dealer eBDC, offering outsourced BDC solutions to help dealerships scale without losing quality.
To meet the growing need for digital presence, I founded Social Sher, providing tailored content, marketing strategies, and lead generation to help businesses thrive online. One of my proudest moments? A GM called me personally after his store shattered sales records: “Stan, we couldn’t have done this without you.”
I also wrote a book—Social Sher’s The Skills That Pay The Bills—sharing the lessons and strategies I’ve used to help countless professionals grow their careers and businesses.
